cheap/good balanced cables?

Hello,
I just moved into a new apartment, and Im going to need 30 ft. balanced cables to get my mackies plugged into my computer!

I really dont want to spend very much. Blue Jeans XLR->TRS 30 ft. are 60$ each!

Does anyone know where I could find something cheaper? I could just go with whatever guitar center has, but I feel like that is going to be the Bose of cables, ie overpriced, not so nice.

Thanks in advance!

Not sure what the pricing is on what gitar center sells, but I think that given your budget that either Blue Jeans, Guitar Center or Radio Shack would be your best best.

There's got to be other bargain cable options out there. 120 for a pair of blue jeans cables is a lot!

Try Markertek. I've bought a lot of their stuff, and they are fast and easy to deal with.

The link above is for some very good Canare cable - if you can get by with 25 ft, they are $25.95 each. Unfortunately the next increment is 50 ft. They have other cables - some are $19.56 for 25 feet, and will usually do custom lengths.

Look at sweetwater.com for great cable prices.

You can also check out partsexpress.

I found this page which has 25ft. XLR->TRS for $15 each. They do not come in 30ft. lengths, though.

nice! im going to email these markertek guys and see if they can do a TRS on one end. Sounds like a pretty good deal, if blue jeans are 20 dollars more. Isn't cardas supposed to be much better?

Ugh. I hate markertek's website

They're inexpensive, good quality xlr to xlr and xlr to trs cables for 1/3 of what bluejeans is asking.

Search for XLR
