YES, all of our AMPs come with the adapter. and they all have rechargable battries included.

I'm looking for a warm/detailed low gain amp to pair with my jays IEMs, and the HOT line output of my entech DAC.

Yes, the standards are the same. also iphone uses the exact same plug as iPod , so we assume that our plug will also work with iPhone.
