No A-T though

I would head the city far more often if our Media Markt had a comparable portfolio. Where I live, they obviously have the opinion that the peasants don't need more than a Sony X400 or a Philips HP890.

In New Zealand brand I've seen most of late in hifi shops is AKG and Sennheiser although the more expensive models are not always carried.
Grados used to be quite common but have now almost dissapeared caused I think by the importer selling direct and parallel importers on a local trade site.

Big chain shops carry some cheaper Sonys,Philips and Technics brands.

Most people I see with portable audio look like they're using stock earbuds or something like PPX100.

I think most higher end phones are imported direct. I purchased my 701s for less than half the NZ RRP buying new on E-Bay.

On streets in Norway there are three head/earphones that really stick out from the masses.
1. Apple iBuds
2. Koss PortaPros
3. Bose Triports

Local stores cary most of the in-production headphones though.
* Stax SR-007, SR-404, SR-303, SR-202
* Sennheiser HD650, HD595, ...
* AKG K701, K181DJ, ...
* Grado GS1000, RS1, SR325i, ...
* Beyerdynamic DT990, DT880
But no Audio Technica or Ultrasone as far as I have seen.

Always liked Norway. Not just the landscape and the beautiful girls...if the guys could be bothered to talk, Norway could be quite a place to live....

He he, so you want us to talk more...
In the beginning we might seem to be a cold, closed in, group of people. But thats just until you start knowing us, and understand that we might be the total opposite...
