I bought neoufo51's Malfunctioning Atrio M5s. Unfortunately the side that was malfunctioning failed to work at all when I got them, despite exceptional packaging by neoufo51.

Throughout the entire process there had been very clear and consistent communication and neoufo51 refunded part of the purchase price as a result of the failure.

I cannot recommend him highly enough. Regardless of the refund he was always very open, considerate and looking out for my interests as we proceeded with this unusal transaction.

Deal with neoufo51 in complete confidence.

I bought a ZVM from him and the packing was really good and solid. Arrived without any problems and it was as described.

Good communication throughout and was very prompt in answering PMs.
