Just bought these on a whim. What's the general consensus on these?

From what I hear, they're the e4cs with better, tighter bass and better mids and a nicer design. Should be a solid buy.

I have had them for a few weeks and am starting to warm up to them. The more I use them the more i appreciate them and glad i didnt sell them the second day of ownership. Still I find them somewhat lacking, but I hope this will fade as they get more hours on them.
