Break in 'phones

I tried a search here, and don't want to, nor have time to sift thru it all (no direct thread found).

How, what, how long do I break in a pair of 'phones? I have a 5G 80GB iPod and soon to get Yuin PK2's.

Help please.

There should be a sticky about this subject...
