Thanks all for the help!
Has ordered Cowon D2 4 Gb + 8 Gb SD. I hope my purchase me will not disappoint.
Very much it would be desirable support FLAC. And your responses about it are positive.

dfkt, Captain Ødegård - good reviews! Thanks!

I have a Zune 80 paired with Klipsch Image S4's and comparing that from my laptop, the Zune gives a more detailed sound but is much less warm. These headphones are on the warm side to begin with, but the Zune actually takes a bit of that away. If that's your thing, then give the Zune a go by all means. You'll certainly have more options with other players though.

Have you seen the date of the last post in this thread? ...

Yep, but this info could be useful to someone searching for opinions on Zunes.

There are other, newer, more relevant Zune threads. Same goes for the Klipsch phones. Not to mention you're talking about your laptop vs. the Zune, not the D2.

Infact different person has different hiss sensitiveness. to some person, the D2 has no any hiss with the same sensitive phones. Please evaluate your own hearing sensitiveness.
