Well, when you've got a money powerhouse like World of Warcraft, and hundreds of thousands of fans still playing starcraft (and lesser so, but), Warcraft III and Diablo II, making a new version didn't really mean more customers. Starcraft is almost 10 years old, and people are still running it on 10 year old machines. That's part of why it is so popular.

My question was rhetorical. I agree. I sincerely admire the company. Can't think of many equal to or even approaching Blizzard's consistent mega-hit track record.

Hopefully they do not decide to add another race. That screwed CnC Tiberium Wars for me. It's quite fun, but not pure CnC. And now I want some pure Starcraft

Aww, I hope they'll soon announce a release date so we'll be able to preorder at Amazon *g*

Well, that's lame, and stupid. I can see how it would be difficult to rebalance the whole game because the addition of a fourth race, but they could have at least featured it in story mode.
