These PCDPs served me well for a brief experiment regarding sound quality differences. Now, it's time to sell!
Since owning these players, I have only put a handful of hours on them. They are all in working condition and are guaranteed to work on arrival.
Now, the players!
-----------------------------------------------------
Sony D-111
The youngest sibling of the D-x11 stable (ex. 211 and 311), the D-111 is also quite rare. While it doesn't have the metal construction of the other two, it has a similar body shape, and would probably be collectable by owners of the other players in the line. The sound quality of the D-111 is unique in that it is very laid-back for a Sony player, but still detailed and musical. For its age, the condition of this player is relatively good. Manufactured in June 1992. Price: $35 shipped.

-----------------------------------------------------
Sony D-135
The little brother of the D-x35 series (ex. 335). While not a top-end player, the 135 maintains some of the sound signature similarities with players like the 235 and 335. This one has some scuffs, but still plays well. For a budget player, the sound quality is not bad--a bit bassy, a bit trebly, not the most detailed, but the headphone amplification isn't bad at all. Price: $15 shipped.

-----------------------------------------------------
Optimus CD-3380 - Temporarily Not for Sale
Certainly very close in numbering to the CD-3400, but I'm not sure how similar it is in sound signature. Some people have guessed that the 3380 was like a 3400 without the digital output. Can get quite loud--a lot of amplification. A bit wooly-sounding, but can make some anemic music sound more exciting. The sound signature involves a slight treble boost and some extra bass. Musical in a strange way. Manufactured June 1993. Price: $20 shipped. Temporarily Not for Sale
