Up for sale my 18 month old Cary CDP-1 which is serving very well in my speaker rig. I got this player from a dealer as demo after he was done with a display show where he had 2 of these and its bigger brother the 303/300 (he used it for around 20 hours so when I got it it wasnt even broken in). The player is in excellent shape with only a tiny nick in the face plate (dont know how this happened) and has around 300 hours on it. It retails for $2000 and has been rated class B by Stereophile. If you find the review Sam Tellig found it on par with the Rega Saturn and the MF X-can. The biggest advantage of the Cary is that it has balanced outputs too. It comes with a 3-year warranty if you register at the Cary website which I haven't done so. Photos will be posted later. This CDP has volume control as well so it can play directly on a power amp.

I also brought it at a meet in NY so you can look for more reviews back there. I think they pitted it against the Benchmark DAC-1.
