FYI...
The headband on my AKG 81DJs broke (snapped clean through), putting them on my big noggin. I contacted an authorized AKG dealer in Owen Sound, Ontario, he gave me a warranty claim # and told me to send them to their store. I sent them off, and they immediately sent me a brand spanking new pair back. No questions asked. Excellent service!
