I did for a while. It's a satisfying way to smoke, actually. The time taken to roll and then enjoy a cigarette is immensely relaxing.

Hand-rolled smokes burn a LONG time though, and I smoke enough that the convenience of a pre-roll is too much to deny. That, and there's a lot to be said for filters.

I roll my own joints on occassions. Smoke them when I'm at friend's parties, or camping with my friends, or to celebrate, (End of Exams this Friday! ). Started around 4-5 months ago, so I would've been 15. I quite enjoy it.

I smoked/ chewed pretty consistently from the age of 13 to 27. I mainly smoked, but had a few 6 month periods where I took to chewing tobacco instead. I also stopped twice for significant periods of time- at 18 for 3 years, and again and in my mid twenties for about 2 years. My last stint lasted about a year at which time I quit for good. I am certain I will never be a smoker again, although I may have a cigar if the urge ever hits me- which it hasn't in at least 5 years.

I started smoking when I was about 11 or 12. Was smoking in my bedroom in my house by the time I was 14. Continued smoking until I was about 27 when I quit, only to start smoking again about a year and half later when I owned a bar (go figure).

Quit again when I was 32 and haven't had a smoke for 8 years coming next month. I had a real love/hate relationship with cigarettes, so I have vowed to start smoking again when I'm 90!

Well, to be honest ive never been a big smoker, 1-2 a week maybe. I liked the taste more than anything (And quite like the smell).

Goes well with some drinks.

I used to roll my own (very cheap) and I could make them lighter. I prefered B&H Silver but they are a bit dry compared to drum etc.

I've never been a heavy smoker - 5 years smoking, 10 a week ish at worst. During my bad times at uni i'd say 3 a day.

I realised i was abusing it when I started to use cigarettes as a time pass. Also at work every few hrs i'd go for one. I stopped liking them for the taste and texture but their ability to get me away from my desk! lol

I used snus as a substitute while quitting, then chewing gum as the substitute for snus. I now do indulge in a cig (my fave are the Davidoff classics) once in a while, that being once or twice a month. okay a few more if im reeallyy drunk on a night out haha.

I do with someone could import me some snus from the USandA/Nordic countries as its freaking imposible to find here!! :(

SEND ME SNUS. I love em every so often. I find their flavours more complex yet potent than cigs. Cant get em in London though :( Feel like posting me some? I'll paypal it :P

Just my 2 cents - I appreciate them for what they are, as I do alcohol (Okay maybe I pray a bit to alcohol haha), but they have their places in society. They are vices but all we can control, and once you have that I believe their enjoyment is at its peak.
