Corda Aria vs. Micro DAC + Micro Amp w/ Desktop Module

How would these 2 systems stack up against each other? There is about a $200 difference in the two which I dont mind paying, so I want to know which will sound better. I would be feeding them via USB.

All replies are appreciated!

I would go with the HR, simply because you could upgrade the DAC or the amp seperately later on (and get $ back for the component you replace). I've heard the amp section of the Aria and I personally prefer the sound of my LDII+, don't know about the micro amp, though.

Do you mean I can buy the headroom products now and later trade them in to headroom towards, say, a desktop balanced amp?

I've never heard the Aria. I am familiar with the Micro Stack combo, and it is very versatile and smooth sounding.

I'm fairly sure he meant sell them on the for sale section of the forums, or ebay.
