Guys, post the most beautiful piano you've ever seen and model name and price if you know!

I'll go first.

Kawai CR-40A (custom, not the standard one)
Around US $90000 for store bought since it's imported.
If not, it's 6720000円 (yen)

Under nice lighting..

Under concert blue lights..

And here's the stock picture..

It's crystal and transparent. I really wanna buy one.

Seen any nice pianos?

Edit: This is Yoshiki from X Japan. He has another black piano at his estate I saw on a video but it's too hard to tell since there are so many black pianos.

John Lennons piano on the Imagine -music video.

It's not the same however that the song was composed on.

On the back there's the white "Imagine" piano and on the front is the piano the song was composed with (which was sold at £1.5M).

Guys, I don't get your posts... other than Lumient's piano.

All these pianos are 1. Flash = wtf! lol I'm serious about beautiful pianos.
2. John's piano is hardly visible from that picture since you don't know what it is.
3. lol, I don't get the snoopy one either? Greetings though ^^

Yoshiki from X Japan used clear pianos, but I couldn't find a picture of one, so here's his clear drum set instead:

about the crystal piano, wouldnt that affect how it sounds? i havent played since i was about 9 so i forgot pretty much everything, but the german sounding one looks pretty classy.

The most kitsch grand piano I saw was in the Gucci (or was it Versace) store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, crystal piano (or maybe plexiglas) spotted with colourful jewelry.

I'd prefer a plain black piano finish Steinway/Bösendorfer.

I can't imagine a plexi-glass piano sounding good...

Atleast with the drumsets, the clear acrylic drums(Vistalites as they've been called), the sound is very boomy and cutting, none of that warm woody sound.

So, I'll take a 9 ft. Steinway concert grand, thank you .

Really, the Fazioli 308, Bluthner Model 1, and the Bosendorfer Imperial 290 form the echelon of pianos. Sorry, Steinway D, you are not good enough. I never had chance to try the Fazioli though...

Also.. nice pictures of his drum. I wanna order his whole set but I don't know how to, and that model is already outdated.
