1212m do not output 192Khz on coaxial, but is 1212M PCI capable of doing that?

I got this picture here




but most users claimed their 1212m failed to output 192Khz on coaxial SPDIF.
I am not sure if they can distinguish their cards between the older 1212m or the 1212m PCI, I asked if they can confirm and nobody do.

anyway, any users of 1212m PCI tried to sort that out? What was the result?
