Does the iTunes volume setting impact WAV to ALAC encoding?

I had turned the volume down about 15 percent in iTunes one day while I was playing some Fear deathmatch. I recently encoded around 5 or 6 more cds from wav that was done in E.A.C. to apple lossless. I then noticed that I left the volume down from its usuall 100 percent location. Will this have a negative impact on the encodings, even if I slide the volume back up to 100 percent now? Do I need to re-encode these cds? Im hoping I don't have to, because I delete the wav files once I have lossless.

It shouldn't have any impact whatsoever.

No impact whatsoever. You're fine.
