I just bought a Larocco PRII yesterday as my first amp and got my X-fi Coldt style modded at the meet.

Selling HD555's- definitely ready to move up here, it was a nice first "good" headphone, now I'm ready for something more.

Buying HD650's- I think I'm not the only person doing this after the meet, the HD600's and 650's really shined on a lot of the setups, especially when directly compared to their competition (K701, DT880), Senn has my money again .

Well, I really want to pair my HD600 with Ray's Raptor. However, I'm probably going to have to settle for the WA3 at a little less than 1/2 the price.

The WA3 sounded awesome (as did the WA5), but were probably helped significantly by the Dac1 that was feeding them.

An Apogee MiniDac would be nice too, but I really have to take baby steps right now as I'm about to move and have significant expenses coming up.

I might just go for the DAC first and add the amp later. Not sure.
