Is it just me. Or is Heroes the very best television made since Babylon 5?


Episode 19.


That was 40 minutes of refined, condensed televisual visigasm.

It was worth the utter utter agony of waiting that long between e18 and e19 in order to build that much anticipation to get that kind of satisfaction.

Beyond awesome to the nth power.

Nuff said.

Yeah I've been hooked on that show among a few others. I first saw it some time last july when the pilot ended up online...then had to wait till it aired to see more.

How many episodes are left in the season?

4 now. 1 more series ep, then there's a 3-episode finale.

How they will manage to carry this degree of utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter utter awesomeness into season two i do not know. But as i said in my original post. We have i Heroes the very very best television programme there has been in years.

I personally thought ep19 was a bit of a let down from the previous eps. Sylar vs Peter was lame and nothing really moved forward. Only good thing for me was the ending, which as always is a 'curse at the screen' cliffhanger.

I also felt the episode was a bit of a let down. Far too slow. I just want to see hiro fight a t-rex.

Personally, I loved the episode. It is kind of disappointing that each season will focus around different heroes, although it has been mentioned old heroes will return occasional...I just don't see how they can get rid of Claire (her sex appeal AND fame as a celebrity). She'll definitely make it into season 2

why is it so endemic in tv these days to come up with a million problems and questions, and then not bother answering them? lost would be the prime offender

I am far more satisfied watching Heroes than I have ever been with Lost.

My wife and I are so addicted to this show... it's absolutely an incredible slice of television. The concept is awesome, but I just don't know how they'll continue a 2nd season...

I've only seen one episode of Heroes but I enjoyed it, however when it comes to modern tv-drama Sopranos and Six feet under > all.

why are people these days so insistent on bashing every TV show on TV unless it solves the answers in 1 episode. Everyone bitches about Lost moving too slowly, well if it sped up you would complain that it goes too fast and that they "jumped the shark" already because they ran out of ideas.. i really hate you people, either appreciate the show or dont watch it..

Oh and as for the Peter and Sylar battle, of course it wasnt long, its not the season finale, they arent going to have a huge battle yet, each person is still honing their abilities. You will definately see a huge battle between Peter and Sylar before the season ends.

I didn't know that the characters were being changed for the second season. Is there a link to this info? hmmm...don't know how I feel about that, I think they could keep going with the originals for quite some time...

I haven't watched B5 or Heroes but am willing to give it a shot if you can answer this correctly.

Is the "new" Battle Star Galactica series one of the best shows ever???
