A "HD 580/600-sounding" IEM ??

Hi everybody.
I just wanted to ask is there such an IEM on the market, or is upcoming in the near future that will be somehow similar in sound signature to hd 580/600 ??

If not, I also own a pair of px 100 which I like (though not as much as the 580s) - maybe something similar to them ??

And the second important question. Is it somehow possible to achieve a "soundstage feeling" (like in my Hd 580s) in an universal IEM ? I know that due to the charasteristic build of IEMs I won't achieve the same, but maybe there is an IEM that is having some actual "big open can soundstage" ??

Thanks for all your help. This forum is a great source of info

The Superfi 5's kind of remind me of the PX100's due to the booming bass.

Most people are gonna say "apples and oranges" and in some ways I agree. That being said, I find the sound signature of the e4c's to be vary compatable with that of the 580's. I switch between the two regularly with no adjustment period needed.

I've never heard any IEM that sounds like any HD can. I've tried EQing my ER4s to sound like the HD650, but it's still not quite the same.

I agree the E4 sounds close enough to me, more forward mids, not as much bass as the HD650 but very smooth and warm sound, never shrill.

I've not heard other high end phones/IEM so take this with a grain of salt.

I don't think the E4 sounds anything like them. It is much darker in the upper midrange and has far poorer treble extension.

So in general - no such universal IEM close coparable to HD 600 exists ??

Sad. I thought that maybe someone would mentions e500 or westone 3, had never had an opportunity to check them out though :/

My neighbor has the E500s. I auditioned them about 3 days ago driven by ipod 4G w/ Headroom Micro. The bass is boomier and the high-end is gone compared to the HD650s.

Certain types of customs have been described as sounding like an HD600/650. I haven't heard them, so I don't know, but that's what I've been told.

sorry, I didnt think eternality.pl was asking if there were IEM = to 580/600
but if there were any that are similar in sound signature to hd 580/600

I would say both are generally considered dark and warm etc
