There's plenty of shopping nearby if she gets bored. But you might not want her to know that.

Sure. I'll bring the Music Hall CD25, Marantz CD-67SE, and probably the E-Sound E5.

~Renato

PS you are on your own for ICs but I'm sure someone will have an extra set.

Yea, cost me like $25 in "The Orange Monkey" in Waterloo, but I got it!

Cool, I can't wait. I forgot to mention, but obviously if anyone has any Massive Attack on vinyl they will be my new best friend.

sorry for such a noobish questions since i'm new here and i would like to attend...do i pay in advance? or when i get there...will i look like a tard if i don't bring any gear (or pretty common stuff that really isn't worth bringing) and am very young? the reason is i'm fairly new here and would just like to see what being on this forum is about

So I just checked the attendee list and mbriant is coming? Cool, I've always wanted to meet you Mike. As a warning, since you are a K701 user, I will try to convert you over to the K340.

[That warning actually applies for any K701 users. ]

I'll be the first to join philodox's movement here. While the K701s aren't anything to write home about to begin with (non-recabled), philodox (and I hope RedLeader's) K340s will blow your socks off.

Ok, I haven't seen this asked yet and the pictures prompted me...

So we go into the library right? But where are we going once we get inside??

i would assume that it's either on second or third floor somewhere deep into a hallway to a conference room...you won't be able to just walk in and know where to go by someone telling you directions...easiest way is to go to the desk and ask once you get there, they always know whats going on and will tell you how to get there

Straight ahead, across the main floor, towards the east side of the library (you're entering on the west).

Look for the “learning centre”. It's past it, I believe the next set of doors. You're looking for the “Elizabeth Beeton Auditorium”. There's two entrances, on the left side of the hallway that you're entering.

Don't be shy to ask security for directions.
