Lost and Found

Well the inevitable has taken place. I have lost a camera case, anyone find it and anyone else lose anything?

Did you leave it in the smaller conference room?

Oh yeah, I lost my K1000. If anybody has one or thinks they don't deserve it...

Seriously though, I was always afraid I'd leave my hat or setup somewhere and forget about it. Thankfully, all the people who attended were very trustworthy.

Also, I lost a black jacket. Its brand is Weatherproof.

I'm pretty sure I left it behind in the room that had neil's 3 Orpheus, Icarium's Qualia, and agile_one's Denon and Grado. It was "The High End Room", the one which said "Sponsored by Altec Lansing". I think it was number 144.

Please let me know if you find it. Thanks!

Yeah we found that Jacket. It's most likely in the hotel lost and found.

Serves me right for rearranging 3 1/4" to mini adapters, but I lost a gold plated adapter. If it's the one that screws onto my Beyerdynamics, I need to replace it. If it's just a plain one, then whoever has it just keep it.

If anyone knows where to get a replacement adapter for a Beyerdynamic 831, let me know. If someone found it... Sheesh! It almost doesn't seem worth bothering with.

was ist los?: I have a small camera case somebody found in the clean-up so let me know what kind yours is and if you want it I will mail it to you.

zoide: Neil and Dan took care of your jacket, and I put it in the hotel lost and found so they should have it.

SiBurning: sorry, didn't find that one. Check with Beyer, they probably have the replacement part.

OTHERS: I found 3 CDs, but 2 were CDRs (Shpongle and something else) and one was an actual recording, although I cannot recall what it was. I also found a silver Y-shaped RCA splitter over near the Woo Audio table. Post something here or PM me if any of this stuff is yours and you want it.

Set of hex wrenches

Set of hex wrenches (with those handy little ball heads IIRC) in a yellow plastic carrier that holds them all together. Dropped it off Saturday AM in Ray's area since he'd discovered a loose knob while unpacking. Easily replaceable so no biggie, but if someone has it and wonders who left it, it's me.

Ray gave it to me at the end of the meet with a very warm thank-you to you for being so thoughtful to bring them in. I can get them to you when we have a celebratory get-together after the coma wears off.

Si... I have an extra one. You can have it if you want. actually I have 2 extras. A silver nickel one from a sony MDRV6 and a gold one from a k240s. PM me if you want either.
