Yeah, Al, work and family commitments came up at the last minute. I was beside myself the whole weekend, but that's life. On the plus side, NorCal is in my region as a sales manager, so next meet, I'll 'have' to visit my rep in the area the day before ...

Good to know, Bill. Dont forget to let me know when you happen to be up here. We can hit a Giants game (youre not a Dodger fan are you?) or whatever. The meet idea is great too!

Thank You Koss, Thank You Head-fi

Well imagine my astonishment when Voltron emailed asking if I was registerd for the meet and telling me "if so, you won a prize"! I was there Saturday. What did I win? I asked. "Oh, only the Koss electrostatic headphones and amp set up," he replied. $1000 worth of head gear! Today I came home to find my package on the doorstep. I listened to that set up at the meet, but couldn't get a good listen with the room noise. Now I'll be able to asess them in my own living room! Thanks to Koss for puting in the prize, and thanks to Head-fi for organizing the meet. I feel very fortunate indeed.

That's a darn good headphone at its price...and especially the price you got it for. Take good care of it. I'm so glad Koss has turned to pay its attention to this activity, and I'm so glad you were the beneficiary. Have fun!
