About three weeks ago I broke my UE super.fi 5 pro. Yeah... while I was changing my cable with the new one, one earphone fell down. When I attached it to the cable, I've realised that woofer doesn't work anymore.
The main problem which I have is that I don't live in US nor in UK, so here, in Latvia it's impossible to got any service, or even to buy new. So, anyway, I've sent an email to Ultimate Ears and describe my problem, even though they won't solve my problem because I've bought them on ebay, but, It seems that I still have warranty. I didn't get any emails from them. But, basically, what they can do.... if I don't live in US and here people in the stores don't have any ideas what is IEM...
Anyway, now, I have one working earphone (left), all accessories and fully new cable
oh, yeah, and one broken (occasionally destroyed) earphone (right).
So, this is my story. What do I want now? Your suggestions. Actually I'm quite fed up of this expensive IEM's. I had Etymothic ER-6i which were about 100£ and which are broken as well and now this super.fi 5 pro. Best way for me would be: if I have the possibility to buy just one working right earphone. Is it possible? Another way is to sell this "package" to anyone... It is possible, I think, if someone need only one left earphone
Anyway... what do you think guys? And yeah, super.fi 5 pro are awesome earphones. I really don't want to change them, but it would be stupidly to buy another pair of these. I'm thinking about new Shure SE420. Probably. Thank you for reading and thank you in advance for your suggestions.
