Great pics Kramer. Regardless of quality, it's all I got. It is the next best thing to being there. At least with pics, I get to indulge one of my senses

Saturday Night extra bed in room

I am staying at the Radison on Sat night (only). Turns out I have an extra bed in the room. If anyone is needing a place to stay you can call me on my cell (edited out) and we can see if it seems compatible.

sorry to side track the thread. First time going to a Headphone Meet.

Question: Is it ok if I bring my own phones and CDs to try out the systems on display at the meet?

Thank you for the first photos! This is gonna be one heck of a first Head-Fi meet for me. (I'm already speechless at that Headroom setup) I'm sure I'll lose some sleep thinking about all that gear that I'll see and hear tommorow and Sunday.

Did someone say pics? BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR!!!!!!!!!

Btw, today reaffirmed that Head-Fiers are some of the coolest people on the planet! There are so many awesome people on this forum! And the vendors are great too, from Tyll to Ray to Justin! The meet tomorrow is going to be MIND-BLOWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Neilvg's Orpheus

Neilvg's acrylic plate for his Orpheus

Another shot of the acrylic plate

Neilvg's new source

Neilvg's new DAC

Neilvg's new power conditioner

Ok so Neilvg's Orpheus was a little dusty

The vendors are trickling in!

Did you guys know that Ray Samuels has his own custom case for his equipment?

RSA B-52...and a red Hornet

oooh now this is where things get massively good! Looks like an RSA, right?

Surface spikes of this mysterious RSA amp!

Ray Samuels' NEW SOLID-STATE AMP IS UNLEASHED!!!! It's dual mono, has balanced & single-ended input, CONVERTS BALANCED TO SINGLE-ENDED, and CAN SWITCH INPUTS WITH THE PRESS OF A BUTTON! Cost? Ray says ~$2.9K!

Bird's eye view of this RSA beauty!

Yes, of course! In fact, that makes a lot of sense when comparing amps and CD players.

I'm told that I look a little bit like Denzel Washington, only not so tall, dark, handsome, slim, young, muscular, talented, wealthy, or even uh, interesting.
