Except for the FACT that he has been active on head-fi every day since I sent the $25 and will NOT respond to any PM's, emails, instant messages or PayPal dispute emails!

thank you for checking brn80. I repeat ryanhayn has been active every day since he posted this FS thread. I paid him on 4/13 and the last response I got was a payment confirmation with a promise to ship on Monday April 16th. I have tried to contact him multiple times and ways since then but get nothing in return

And most decent folks on Head-Fi have the courtesy to promptly mark items "Sold" when they are, in fact, no longer available. I had to wait four days until after it was sold to get any sort of a reply via PM, and he hasn't bothered to mark this as sold.

Yeah...based on the fact this ass clown has been active in this forum since this all started and has not responded to any PMs or this thread in particular proves that he's a scammer and should be BANNED!

getting your money back is important but you should report this to your local postal office. fraud claims never go away and if he does it again your claim will help in prosecuting this guy for future frauds. no one does this sort of thing just once...it becomes a habitual pattern...

I think this is the same guy who bought a pair of Grado 325i's on welfare money. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Not to mention an extreme loser. I'm sure the rest of America didn't want to pay for his headphones.

Update: In the thread he claims that he wasn't using taxpayers' money because he was receiving unemployment money from his last employer, which happens to be... duh duh Duh! the Navy! But maybe I'm being to hard on him for this. He did have to risk his ass for the country.

Well I never received a response at all. PayPal waited the 10 days and then decided in my favor, but ryanhayn had already withdrawn the $25 so I'm out. Here's the email I just received from PayPal:

Mods, I strongly feel that something should be done about ryanhayn. He has still maintained a presence on Head-fi throughout the entire time. Something should be done.

I agree, something should be done. Hope one of the moderators has an opportunity to read this thread. Or you could write a PM to a couple of the moderators. Good luck.
