Volunteer Sign-Up Thread - Page 3

I asked Volt this question. We'll find out soon. We should all plan to arrive at a certain time (like 6:30ish or so) so we can all help out in a coordinated fashion. I may come early and try to figure out where myequipment will go.

Quickly - set up tonight is at 6. You can show up earlier, but there won't be anything to do except hang out and meet people (not that that's a bad idea).

Arriving at or near 6p would be best, but after that is fine. It will take some time to distribute power to all of these tables, etc. I will send you a PM with my cell, but you can cut and paste the directions and such into a PM to yourself. Check out episiarch's posts on this in the travel thread and maybe elsewhere.

If Sat still has a open slot for the reg desk let me know and I'll fill it. I will likely attend only on Sat but I can be there as early as needed if you have anything else that needs work in the AM.
