Y'know, there's more to putting together a Head-Fi meet than leaving a bunch of posts on the forum...there's a lot of hard work ahead!
Of course, the more people we have to help, the easier it is for everyone. Great if all you Bay Area folks want to show the rest of world what a great party we can throw, but the opportunties here are open to all.
We need three crews:
Friday Night Set-Up
The main ballroom is ours after 6pm. The hotel will set up all the tables, but we've got a lot of power strips and extension cords to plug in and fasten down with gaffer's tape. 10 guys and we'll have this done quick.

Saturday & Sunday Registration Crew
We expect a good amount of people will be arriving in the morning on Saturday and even Sunday as well. We've got a couple people already to work the table in the mornings, but we're looking for more so the lines will move quickly. Shift are just 1 hour long...I don't want anybody stuck doing registration all day.
Saturday
9:45 - 10:45 - Utep10

Sunday
9:45 - 10:45 - MontanaJustin

Sunday Evening Clean-Up
The meet is over at 4pm, at which time the vendors & members with tables will start packing up. The hotel will take care of heavy cleaning (vacuuming, etc.), we just need some people who can wind up extension cords, pick up trash, etc. Extra kudos for anyone who wants to take on "Lost & Found" duties!

Video Reporter
We need people (or a person) with reasonable video skills to cover the panel discussion and lectures for our webcast. Any general meet reporting you want to do in addition would be great!

I can't guarantee anything in return other than the gratitude & respect of your fellow head-fiers, however we are looking into a few freebies we may be able to offer the volunteers.
