qazwsx, when you say "no need to remove the grill", what grill are you referring to?

The silver portion of the headphone.

This is soooo perfect for me!!

I just got my KSC-75 yesterday. I LOVE the sound but its either I don't know how to put 'em on, or my ears are just not for earclip use... They damn won't fit!! And if I tighten them up, they hurt as hell! Grrrrr....

I want to buy these but I'm in the philippines... Can someone buy this for me? Or maybe organize a group buy? Sigh.. I know this is a longshot but its worth it...

Great Job on this one OP!

this one from www.auto-connect.co.uk. this is the cheapest i can find online (here in the UK). its £3.55 including shipping. it looks similar to the one with the OP.

Based on this picture, I think its the same headphone OP used! Great find!

Darn they still don't ship to my country. I'm in the hunt!
Tried auto-connect but they have some sick-ass shipping. GBP 20 for a GPB 0.69 headphone? Arrrrgggghhh

I found a pair of headphones in the "lost-and-found" at work a couple years ago that were identical to the ones the OP is using. They went unclaimed for some time so I asked a supervisor if I could have them. There were a few threads back in the day about this very mod, so I took the headband and clipped my old Kramer-modded KSC-75s to them. My head is really big, so they were pretty tight against my ears which made the bass a little too boomy. With the clips I could "tune" the sound better.

I believe the PR37 headphone (mentioned by OP) and the one from radiotronics/auto-connect are the same based from the pics below:

just reposted so can be compared side by side. im not sure though if the shipping rate to US is cheap. but here in the UK, auto-connect charge £2 only for the shipping.
