I purchased this brown Zune from a gentlemen on Head-Fi who took it apart and replaced the 30GB hard drive with an 80GB version. To do this, he had to use a tool to pry apart the unit at the seem. I have a photo showing the blemishes this left - honestly it's not very noticeable or significant and he did a really good job keeping the player in good shape.
The 80GB capacity is wonderful for those, like me, who have a very large music collection or want to put a lot of videos on their player.
I am selling it because I can't afford to have such an expensive toy at this time and I can get along fine with my old Zen Xtra.
Price is $OLD shipped with a black, anodized aluminum case with neoprene lining (as seen below).

The dust is rather prominent in these photos but I assure it's just dust and will wipe off easily.
