LOL! At this point, not being a little college kiddy who's going to cower in front of the big bad professor, I'd rather just have chat with her to find out what she's on about, with witnesses of course. I'd be curious to know why an emailed question about submitting a project due is replied with by threats of criminal charges. It's over-the-top when we're both adults, we both know how to talk.
But Blackboard is so flakey anyway. Most profs know that, and don't rely on it as the "It must be in by 11:59am or you fail" method of submitting projects. Rather most assume that it got eaten by teh internets and simply ask you to re-submit it. After all, if it took an entire semsester you're not going to finish it in 5 minutes.
But also, the Blackboard documentation is clear (but admittedly stupid) over on the Blackboard site. You simply didn't know how to read it. Not her fault, but she should have been more reasonable and just asked her to email it during class. You couldn't have completed it in that two minute window she was waiting for it.
But whether she accepted the project or not, flipping out is just silly, and unbecoming of someone with the title of doctor. She knows how language works. Communication works wonders.
Student unions here are useless for anything but ordering their stupid uniforms and organizing parties. If I got no joy from our conversation, I'd end it before it turns south and ask the family lawyer for advice.

BTW, in tort law, physical contact is battery.

From what I can tell the professor I had an issue with hasn't requested a meeting with the chair so I don't really know what will satisfy her. I sent her a 2 page apology letter and put it in her campus mail box this morning early, explaining that I was in no way wanting to intimidate her or threaten her and that the times when I entered class last (1 time) it was because of the DST change which I documented and the time I left early was because I thought she had intentionally not graded my project, which I said I was very sorry for and asked for her forgiveness. Hopefully that will put and end to this, but she seems like a loose cannon. I'm going to wait to hear back from her regarding my letter before I contact the chair for a meeting.
