Help with power on a budget.

Make it simple for me please. I don't have much $$ to throw at this but I am using an APC back-ups which kills my amps dynamics and the Zhalou doesn't seem to like it either. My am p is the Sq-84 which is a speaker amp and draws more than a normal headphone amp.

What can I do for under $100 to address the issue? We get spikes and surges here in Roanoke and I just can't plug the amp into the wall for long periods.

HELP! All I see is PS audio which looks great but is at least $200.

I remember a member in-the-know mentioning these are used by recording companies. There shouldn't be any reason for you to avoid using one.

I bought a TICE AUDIO (no relation to me) MBF3 Multibranch AC filter on ebay about a year or so back. It was $150.00. Tice Audio was very well respected until they closed up shop. They are still highly sought after units. Mine is on the lower rung of his ladder, but IMO better than the $500.00 PS Audio UPC-200 by a fair margin. You might keep an eye out for one, I've seen them with some regularity. They have several specific outlets (Digital, Analog, Power Amps, Inverted Phase) about 16 in total.
