Hanging Out in Sarasota

A few of us got together to hang and listen today. Present and accounted for are boomana, jp11801, mikeg and wife Holly, NightWoundsTime and agile _one.

Nobody here knows the new guy. He just showed up, but we're letting him stay because he has such nice eyebrows.

EDIT: Okay, Mike. Stop playing mod games. What happened to the face? He was the best looking guy here.

quick impressions
Yammy is great!!! The Vintage Mac is really nice and versatile.

For those who have not had a chance to hear this new amp it's beauty and and one of the better sounding amps out there. Incredible air and separation and it powered the k1000 out of the speaker taps worked really well and we never need to go past 12'oclock

and Mike stop erasing the new guy out of the meet

Makes me wish I was down in Sarasota again (vacationed last year and got to meet Gene).

It was just bad timing. In addition to all my other lame excuses, I expect to picking up a new car for Gail tomorrow. I have to turn her car in this week.

We have already evaluated cables purely on their physical appearance and arranged headphones by date of purchase. One restaurant and a few bars later, we're back at agile_one's to continue our endeavors.
