Wow, the OP will already have chosen his school by now, I imagine. But this thread can still be fun. I go to Wayne State University in Detroit.

 

My advice to those considering: uh, do you value your sanity? I won't say anymore. It would be cool if any fellow Head-Fi'ers were here, though judging by the headphones (or the weird lack thereof) I've seen on campus, I'd say not likely. Unless that guy who was wearing a pair of K701s a few months ago was one and had a portable amp I didn't see.

Hm, this one was quite something to dig up.

 

I'm at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Music & Technology. I've met quite a few people with good headphones here, as well as Head-Fiers.

I'm a frosh at the University of Minnesota (Aerospace engineering). There's actually a head-fier who lives on my floor of about 40 people, so that's pretty cool. I've seen plenty of other people with Grados, custom IEMs, and more commonly Portapros, so they may or may not be head-fiers.
