Last call to register for HeadFest 2007

Thursday, April 19th, is the last day to register for HeadFest 2007. Last chance to let us know you're coming, streamline your checkin experience on arrival, and get a spiffy customized badge for the event.

Whoever's on the registration list at the end of the day Thursday is who we're making badges for (with whatever avatar you have in place at that time).

Anyone registering later than that, either walk-in or online (which might still be possible because Jude may be too busy to shut that feature off), will go through a less streamlined process on arrival than the preregistered folks, and will get a generic badge: no avatar, your name written on it in felt pen, and probably dull-looking paper instead of the nice shiny stuff we have for preregistrants.

And a final reminder: over a third of you don't have avatars yet, and it's not (yet) too late to upload one. I urge you to do it. It'll make your ID badge at the meet look much better, I promise.

Registration is now closed

Registration for HeadFest 2007 is now closed.

Preregistration for the Meet is now closed. Walk-in registration will still be accepted at the door. You know the time and place, so come on down!

Note: even though the link to the registration sign-up/payment page might still be working (until Jude gets a chance to disable it), we ask that you not use it: we won't have a premade badge for you, and the record of your late registration might not make it over to the hotel. If we don't have your badge and you show up saying "no, really, I already paid," it's just going to mess us up and slow down registration. So from this point on, please just register at the door.

Big thanks to all of you who preregistered. See you at the meet!

HeadFest 2007 Program Online!

Download the HeadFest 2007 Program here! You'll get one if you're coming to the meet, but think of this as an appetizer.

Warning!!! - If you're not coming, this little taste of the weekend's schedule, room arrangement, local live music, etc. may make you a.) boil with jealousy; or b.) change your mind. The choice is yours!
