I just thought of a new drinking game. One shot per homoerotic reference in a critical review of 300. That will get the job done.

The fact that these guys are cut and scantily clad will be the elephant in the room for all the bros planning to attend. Don't forget the "I'm not a queer" seats.

At least it shouldn't be hard dragging the female companion to the theater.

I wish they would play this at the Omnitheatre at the Science Museum of Minnesota, now that would be an experience.

I'd be interested to see if IMAX are still pulling their little trick of a projecting some movies in the standard WS aspect ratio (covering about half of the screen vertically). That's a gip. I saw Lawrene of Arabia in London a few years back (i know, not shot in an imax ratio) and it was like a strip of movie on this ginormous screen.. bleh

That will suck, I'll tell you if they do it for 300 or not.

If I understand you correctly, that is how Lawrence of Arabia is supposed to be seen. It used a very wide film stock.
