what's the next large capacity player in the rumor mill?

I have a creative zen vision m 30gb right now, and man I love that thing. It syncs seemlessly with wmp 11, and its perfect for my needs...however, i have officially run out of space for my music and that doesn't even cover the movies i been wanting to watch on the player.

anyone out there heard of any new players in the works that are large capacity (60gb and up)? i know what is on the field right now (kenwoods, ipods, zens, zunes, gigabeats, x5s)...how about something that has yet to be released? i figure it would be good to wait for something snazzy to come out...but what?

Gawd I hope there's help on the horizon, I'm down to less than 7GB free on my 80GB iPod!

Supposedly... a widescreen iPod that looks like the iPhone, with a 60GB/120GB capacity.

Other than that, no clue.

meh i can do without the ipod. ive had pretty much every generation...and was never as happy as i have been with my zen. otherwise i would have gotten the 80gb 5.5 of course . once creative makes a higher capacity player that is nice and thin and with all the fun features, i'd be set....one can dream..sigh

well, there are 100gb 1.8" drives abound, so if you're up for some corrective surgery....

Don't expect any from iriver...

The next iPod seems to be the only one that will raise the bar in terms of capacity when it comes out before the year is over.

I remember reading about a pmp for photographers that had a 160 gig hd and sd slot. Not sure about sound quality. Oh.. here it is.

the cowon Q5 is rumored to have 120gb storage a few months after it debuts. Its a PMP rather than a DAP though so it is bigger.
