I should be receiving my 325i's today on a trade. I am so excited..can't wait to hear my favorite band ..dream theatre on these baby. With my iPod 7th gen /continental v3 portable headphone amp ..I love detail..the more the better. Hopefully these are everything you guys say they are for rock n roll ..couldn't be happier rite now :-):-):-):-)

thanks. Im sure I will. I listened to a pair for about ten minutes in the summer and liked what I heard. But just not enough time with them. I'm just hoping my amp ain't to bright for these lol if so I'll have to invest into one that suites these ..great more money lol gotta love this hobby :-)

If your amp is too bright with the 325's, you can try the LD1+, it is inexpensive for such a nice sounding amp, and you can roll the tubes to your liking.

+1 on the LD I+, really nice amp with a lot of possibilities to tweak to your preference.

+2 on the +1 lol its such a neat little amp... And can literally be adapted to any tube with a little work. Lovin it with my 6cg7 and 6dj8 tubes! (obviously these don't fit/work without a little nodding)

They are an absolutely great headphones for rock & roll.....happy listening....you are in for a nice treat.

serial # 15743  .. ok im now a grado fan.lol these are great holy crap  lol the detail is remarkable on these,,only been listening for a hour or so,,gotta a feeling i might be up pretty late tonight lol i was thinking my amp..continental v3 was going to be too bright,,but turns out it makes these sound really remarkable actually,,im very happy with this combo,,like everyone has said these aint overly comfy but really i dont find them that bad,,,absoulutly loving dream theatre through these :)

Nice, you'll save yourself a few dollars. I'm not surprised that they don't sound too bright, you may have gotten a pair like I have, which are not bright/harsh in anyway what so ever, which is really nice, especially if you want to turn up the volume a bit more, this is the reason I will never part with my 325is's, they have a very overall balanced tone to them compared to the rest of my Grados, and I enjoy all their differences. Enjoy!
