FS: ESound E5

For sale in the lower 48 states is my ESound E5. I purchased this used from drarthurwells in April of 2006. It has been the main source in my system since then. If you go through the E5 thread in the Source Forum, you'll see that this unit has had a couple of transport issues. drarthurwells has provided replacement transports for this unit twice. The last was replaced in September, and there has been no further issue. The problem always showed up as skipping on the last tracks of random CD's. I have used this player daily and the current transport has been solid with no skipping whatsoever. The reason I am selling this is that I won the Musical Fidelity X-Ray V3 recently given away by saint.panda in the U.N. Hunger raffle.

This is already a great player, but with a clock and zapfilter upgrade it goes to another level. I kept my modded E5 and sold my G08, you do the math
