It's exactly what it says it is. I've tried some pretty incredibly expensive DAPs - Honestly, in my opinion, if you just want your music files to reproduced accurately, into a line-out?
Get...
Jazz sounds real good on these.
Classic music sounds pretty clear, like when the violin is playing and stuff.
Vocals sound pretty good.
80's sound vibrant.
dubstep/hardstyle, sounds...
No other headphone has surprised me in the manner that the Tactic 3D managed to.
I originally purchased them because I needed headphones to do a Skype interview, and I wanted something...
Let me begin by saying there is nothing special about these headphones. My first impression of them made me smile because I fell in love with the oral shaped ear cups (I'm a sucker for "small"...
Owned a variety of DAC's DAP/sources, Cowon J3, Hisound Studio 3rd Anniversary, Dacport LX, HRT Music Streamer II+, Sony Walkman Z. The DX100 completely blows them all away with it's reference...
I have got a new hp haha! a Real funny one given to me by a collegue who knew I was helding the meet. The sound was better than I had expected, still no match to the proline but funny though!
Here is a pic:
Vendomatic? Including the logo of Vroom & Dreesman (nay, Vendex)? How old is that thing?
I have no idea at all. I will ask the previous owner but I don't think he knows it either. It is an old one. I posted this hp on the hp-forum to see if someone knows little more about this hp and I think he said it was from around the 70's.
I will post his post on the hp below:
"4-16 ohm is the tipoff that you're dealing with typical 70s paper-cone headphones, none of which could stand up to a modern microphone-capsule mylar dome dynamic. Oh, the earpiece mounted volume adjuster is also a dead giveaway. However, a housing very similar to that one was also used for some mystery electrets, so there may somewhere be a goodish-sounding version of the same. But that ain't it."
Well, maybe a 750 or 2500, but not an Edition 7/9. Too much money for too much plastic.
Seriously though, the Edition 9 has to sound very good indeed before I would choose it above a HP-1000, HE60, K1000, L3000, etc.
We'll see.... But either way, it won't be an Edition 9, I'm using headphones far too less to say that an uber-highend one is worth it for me, hence why I'm selling the K1000.
I have been visiting my parents last night. Those are always bound to be late nights. Have been complete sober though, had to drive back
Anyways, I went through the vinyl collection with / from my dad. He couldn't find his good old ones from for example Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young but we did find some others wich I think are quite nice. Diana Ross, Sting, Leonard Cohen and stuff like that. Too bad I don't have a vinyl player atm so can't check them out already

Anything that doesn't pop and crackle like mad will do fine. Thanks a lot!
I only have a couple that are in good condition, I just haven't had any time lately to visit vinyl shops as none are really close to where I live.
