I REALLY hate to part with this, but it deserves to be USED, not sit around, and I only use my Denon DP59L.
This is a custom turntable. The DP1000 is an excellent, heavy, superb direct-drive turntable. The base is a drop-dead gorgeous - gloss mahogany finish. The dust cover is crystal-clear, 100% scratch free, and was custom made. I installed a SME3009 Series III tonearm, one of the all-time great time great arms. On it is a Denon DL207 low output moving coil cartridge with is perfectly balanced and aligned for the arm and table. This is a way to achieve isntant vinyl nirvana. It sounds even better than it looks, and it looks amazing.
If you are the adventurous type, the deal includes THREE additional mahogany-stained armboards if you want to use a different arm. I am an expert in packing and shipping turntables, having shipped well over a dozen in the last couple years, and I guarantee this will arrive in the same beautiful condition it leaves my place in.
If I separated the cartridge, arm, and table, I could get $1,200 easy. But I want to sell in one shot, so I will sell here for $800. If desired I can email more pictures than the below.
Shipping will be an additional $45-50, and while I will ship overseas, you really don't want me to, as I expect it would cost several hundred dollars. I only accept Paypal.
