Why do people continuously talk about how they can't get in contact with Todd when it clearly says how to do so? Email's not the best option. I've never, EVER, in my wonderful and miraculously friendly experiences with Todd, ever not had a question answered or had difficulty getting in contact with him. I'd try doing what he himself suggests - calling him. |
Nobody has questioned Todd's friendliness or helpfulness, the issue is responsiveness to email. The toll-free number you refer to does not work in my country. If Todd wants to focus his business on the US, perhaps he should state so. No big deal!
