Why do people continuously talk about how they can't get in contact with Todd when it clearly says how to do so? Email's not the best option. Nobody has questioned Todd's friendliness or helpfulness, the issue is responsiveness to email. The toll-free number you refer to does not work in my country. If Todd wants to focus his business on the US, perhaps he should state so. No big deal!
