Contacting TTJV?

Is the email form on their website the best way to contact them?
How long do they usually take to respond?

Did you not see the "Sticky" thread right above this one?

The poster has a point, and asked a valid question. Todd has an email contact system through his website, and generally takes a very long time to respond to questions.

I'm waiting nearly a week now, I think.

I emailed Todd last night, and already got a response today. Pretty impressed with the service : )

I e-mailed Todd 2-3 weeks ago. No response yet, still haven't received my order from over 3 weeks ago. =/

I'm in the same boat. I have an order there that has not been updated since March 6. I have sent several emails asking for an update and left voicemails on his phone line and no response on either front. Hopefully all is well and I will hear something this week.

I never got my $10 coupon, emailed Todd about the concern...a night or three passed and still no reply from him.

Probably for the better, because I got the item I wanted for "sale" (used) for a good price a few days later while waiting. I am still waiting, fyi.

Good first impressions?

I sent several emails to Todd several weeks ago about e4c's and availability of different foamy inserts. No reply ever, so I bought the phones somewhere else. Too bad, I used to have a good connection with Todd.

Weird. I just exchanged a couple emails with Todd this week and he was incredibly nice and responsive.

Left nothing but a good impression on me. I guess you had bad luck?

days are passing and nothing in my email inbox in reply to my buying request...

(i've sent the email to the address mentioned on their site and here on forums.)

You know, I've been thinking of this. Did you people who managed to come in contact with Todd use the contact page on his site, or did you do it like a normal e-mail? I think this may be the issue.

I've been able to contact Todd via email, or if it was something I needed to find out right away, I just called... He's usually pretty good with the responses!!

Guys, there's a big sticky telling everybody that the BEST way to contact him is by telephone. It's toll-free!

Why do people continuously talk about how they can't get in contact with Todd when it clearly says how to do so? Email's not the best option. I've never, EVER, in my wonderful and miraculously friendly experiences with Todd, ever not had a question answered or had difficulty getting in contact with him. I'd try doing what he himself suggests - calling him.

I called Todd today, He answered the phone and we had a pleasant chat. My question involves the new Eddie Current SS amp that is due in to him in about a week. He invited me to call back afer he receives and has some time to listen to them. So, seriously, it is toll free try to reach him by phone

i'd like to buy from them and i am not from usa, i am over the ocean, and phone calls don't come cheap. he should have a dedicated email for buyers, and other email address for general questions... this would be beneficial to him as to me and all other serious potential buyers.
