Sennheiser parts in Canada?

Where do I buy replacement parts for my headphone from Sennheiser in Canada? The Canadian website does not have a 'shop'. The US website does but the field for 'Province' does not list any Canadian provinces.....

Is there another source to buy Sennheiser parts that ship to Canada?
