I don't know what everyone else is talking about, but I think I'd enjoy eating that creation. Looks like something a hole-in-the-wall joint would serve up, and you can't get food any tastier than that!

Looks like some mushrooms, fish roe, ham, tomato sauce / ketchup, lots and lots of cheese, and...sour cream?

You need to add mustard, wasabi..... and anchovy for topping. If you really want to make it extraordinary.... go for some whipped durian to enhance the anchovy.

Let me know what you're going to call that dish...

I would probably be able to eat it. As long as there is nothing awfully wrong in there. I know it doesn't look all that great, but that doesn't mean it would taste like crap.
