no contact to audiolineout?

Hi!

I really would like to buy an iPod Line Out Dock Cable from audiolineout and wrote two emails to Ken a few days ago but still no answer.

Is it normal that it takes him so much time to answer?
Ken has always answered my emails within minutes of me writing them. Really, the fastest vendor in this regard. So no, it isn't normal... maybe you are getting caught in spam filter??

x2 I am always shocked by how quickly Ken responds to my e-mails, no matter when I send them. If he hasn't responded to yours he probably didn't receive it.

X3

He always responds to my emails....and I've sent him a lot, trust me. I've never had a problem with him.

You may want to try emailing him again. It seems that he's gotten pretty busy as of late.

I'm also waiting to hear from Ken. Sent him money yesterday morning with a question about adding an inch to my bling bling but so far no response to e-mails. I'm sure he is just busy but I really need to know when to expect shipment. Patience grasshopper.....

I'm sure it's due to an increase in volume. I had emailed Ken a couple of times before even pulling the trigger on my Earmax Pro, and everytime I've emailed him, I received a reply pretty quick.

yeah, Ken's business has really picked up in the last couple of months. i haven't had any problem with communicating with him.

Are you saying that Ken's cables increase the volume?

Maybe he's on vacation or his internet is down.

If I remember correctly, I believe he is on vacation. I had been in touch with him about a custom cable and he indicated he was going to be on vacation for a bit.

Nope I dont leave until March 1st and even then I am still shipping pretty much everything that is a stock item.

I have not been able to answer my email until the evenings these past couple of days, so sorry. All are answered as far as I know. If you did not get a email back from me please PM me.

Also my old host duped me and what I thought was mine www.audiolineout.com was actually not mine even though I paid for the domain?!. As a result I got in a tiff with my old evil host and they did not renew my service because they are A holes. So my new website is now at

www.ALOaudio.com

Sorry for the confusion.

Ken

PS: my cables increase the volume to 11

I get a lot of emails like that, but usually my spam filter catches them.

Sorry, I'll get my coat.

When you speak about cables for electrostats, same as for electrodynamic models, recabling has same reasons and importance. My friend practices special individual recabling with Frantisek Kraut cables, cable derived from well known Passion Gold series type Swarovski (with decoration of crystals). In the thread about T1 I wrote more. The result is amazing.

In same way, when you bought Omegas, you solve classical problem. STAX amps are perfect, but not so the ideal choice for you. They are only „the entry“ step. Once you listen Rudistor Coriolan 2 amp

or Woo Audio WES (with upgrades), then you will know how excellent Omega headphones are. The reason why stax’s amps are “entry” is based on fact that production of amps takes much more time them one piece of headphones. Because electrostats are unlistenable without amp, there you do compromise. Same thing is true for cables. When you purchase one of these two amps then you will truly listen Omegas, 4070, 4040 or Orpheus (HE90, HE60). Simply said, when you have not these serious amps, you listen only the part of their sound quality. Same for cables, nothing less nothing more.
