I purchased this DAC1 from directly from Benchmark in September 2006. This is the latest model with all accessories, including fuses, BNC-to-RCA adaptor, manual, and sales receipt.
One unusual feature in this sale is the inclusion of both silver and black non-rackmount faceplates and matching knobs. I ended up moving the DAC1 into my main system so ordered a new faceplate from Benchmark (cost was $75, and it's super easy to install). I think the non-rackmount versions are a big aesthetic improvement.
The unit is in excellent condition. The only issues to point out are some minor irregularities on the powder-coat top panel (I think it came this way), and a scuff on the bottom of the silver face, which you can't see unless you flip the DAC1 over.
