Member table sign ups!
While all members are welcome to come with or without gear, a good number of tables will be available for members to use on both days of the 2007 International Head-Fi Meet. Availability is limited, so act now and sign up for a member table. We will allocate the tables closer to the Meet, but if we reach capacity then tables will be assigned largely on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are actually two main meet rooms with member tables. One will have vendor tables on the outside edge of the room, and member tables on the inside, and the other is slated as a members-only room. Proposed layouts for each room are shown below, although these are of course subject to change. The room will be secured overnight so that equipment can remain set up between Saturday and Sunday if you are able to attend both days and are comfortable leaving your gear.


Why do I need to sign up?
Space is limited. The sooner you sign up, the earlier we will have a clear picture of who is bringing what, and when. The sooner we have this information the sooner we can allocate members to tables. Did we mention space is limited?
How do I sign up?
You need to be registered for the Meet before you can sign up for a Member Table.

Once you have registered you can then post in this thread telling us what you will bring to the meet. By listing out all the precious gear that you will bring, you will help us to allocate space and to attempt to make interesting groupings: e.g. portables tables, tube amp tables, etc. The tables will be assigned to one, two or even three people depending on the amount of gear.
The Meet provides power outlets at each table. There will be extension cords and power strips laid down before the beginning of the meet, but you are welcome to bring your own power strips or conditioners to plug in at your tables.
Your post should list what you will be bringing, in the following categories, and indicate days you are available / prefer. A Template is given below; use an X in the check box to indicate you would like a table for the given day. Dimensions for larger equipment will help us with space requirements.
