Do you listen to mainstream music? - Page 4

I don't listen to the radio but do listen to some bands that can be considered mainstream

Sure, I do listen to plenty of artists who can be considered mainstream from some top 40 pop, Kpop etc. But I'd only listen to this when in a excitable/party mood.

But I listen to more lesser known and non radio play music especially within Metal, Punk, Electronic and Jazz. I enjoy some well known acts in said genre but it is mostly underground.

Probably a 10/90 split in listening time.

Try Instrumental Hip Hop, maybe?

It depends on what mainstream is defined as and what time period of music you're talking about. What I consider to be modern day mainstream music is mostly a form fitting product so I don't listen to it. However, I think for the most part, the mainstream music from the 60's through the 90's were good or at least relatively good compared to now.
