Try Robert at Aphrodite Cu29, that's where I bought mine. He's a great guy to deal with, bought a V800 from him also.

I got mine from pricejapan the Sunday might b4 the Monday morning economic colapse. I think I paid just over $850. And I had been waiting a few weeks for the exchange rate to drop to that point. Needless to say the next day the price skyrocketed due to the news.

Just received my pair serial number: 12xx, fresh from Japan. Will post some impressions and a probable review fairly soon :) This was the last pair my particular shop had in stock, so its safe to say that the DX1000 (both HA/HP) are out of production.

I was taking pictures of my pair as I have been considering selling it for a while but every times I make the mistake of listening to it and change my mind.

Anyway, I discovered a crack and wonder what would be the best way to fix without ruining the look.

I have one like that on the inside next to the screw that I fixed years ago with a little superglue. I spread it open just slightly, put a drop in, think I may have smeared it in a little, then pressed the crack tight. I could only spread it minutely. It has been fine for years bit I am careful not to adjust by pulling on the cups.
