HiFiMAN HE400
By now I think most of us are familiar with the history behind the HiFiMAN HE-series headphones. What started with a single model has grown into a full...
I was in Japan and was looking at headphones to buy. I had a cheap budget of about 4000 yen or circa $40. I bought this headphone because it was on sale for $30 and was very good looking. It was...
Simply put, these headphones are one the best values in the audio world. They've praised time after time, and I now know why. These are my 2nd pair of quality grade headphones (after the V6),...

I am still at the beginning of the "Curse" I do have my Xonar D2/PM soundcard and sennheiser HD595's and a good vintage stereo (Sony TA-3200F + Canton C5 speakers).
Anyways I still enjoy music and I take getting better components and doing small mods as a hobby its my way into electronics and as I do work with computer alot (Graphic designer) I like to do things with my hands. Things like designing furniture and soldering small things I can manage.
So for me this is more of a hobby and it has never been about the music, music is extremely important to me and I enjoy it and truly need it. Head-fi-ing and buying stuff is more about men playing with tech I think- at least to some of us? Am I wrong? I would compare this going on here with modelism (building ship models or airplain models).
But then again its a hobby where you need to be aware that its about the journey and enjoying changes.
Ofcourse if it gets stressful its a good idea to take a break dunno about selling everything but then again I do understand quick and concrete decisions.
